Return/Exchange Period?

You can return or exchange your products within 10 business days from the date you received them. Returns within this period are free of charge. In case of a defect, after this period has passed, you must contact the technical service corresponding to your product.

- You can do so on any day and during public service hours.

- The product and its packaging must be in perfect condition, with all accessories and manuals included.

- You must present the invoice and/or purchase receipt when returning the product.


Once the perfect condition of the product is confirmed by a technician, the product may be exchanged for another desired by the customer, with the returned item being taken as part payment. If the technician determines that the product is not in perfect condition, indicates misuse, or if it is incomplete, the exchange will not be carried out.
